Scheduling, Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policies
All financial and scheduling transactions will be done via text, email or online whenever possible.
We offer clients standing appointment schedules that reserve a recurring time and day for you on a weekly and monthly basis. We adjust schedules for travel, holidays, and personal time off. However, our studio is set up to support clients with their recurring and ongoing commitment to practicing Pilates.
Single, non-recurring drop-in appointments are billed at the applicable single rate.
Clients with an active package may schedule sessions/classes in advance. We recommend reserving your schedule for at least eight weeks at a time, and we allow reservations 4-6 months in advance. Please reserve those sessions with a credit card on file at the time of booking.
All bookings are subject to the cancellation policies above.
