Private Pilates Appointments (no experience necessary)

Private sessions are personalized to meet you at every fitness level.  If you're new to Pilates or an experienced student who wants to play with their strengths, private appointments create a safe, fun and curious environment to learn mind/body exercise and strengthen your Pilates practice. Our equipment includes two Balanced Body Allegro reformers, Peak MVE Chair, Balanced Body Springboard, arcs, mats, weights, bands, balls and rings.

Semi-Private Duets (no experience necessary)​

Perfect for two people who want to exercise together at the same time each week on a consistent schedule. All private session times can be booked at least 24 hours in advance as a duet. Beginners welcome.

Duet Studio Classes (experience required)

We offer "duets" (two person) Pilates Classes at our private studio for students with Pilates experience. (Private and semi-privates recommended for new students, or join our group mat Pilates class.)

  • Wednesday 7:30 a.m.

  • Friday 12 p.m.

 

The difference between our classes and semi-private appointments is that in a class, your classmate may change from week to week. The class time is set by the studio. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must sign up for class at least 12 hours in advance. This is an advanced beginner/intermediate level class and not intended for persons new to Pilates and Pilates equipment. Mat Pilates, Pilates Reformer experience and/or instructor approval required.​

Mat Pilates Group Class Description

Mat Pilates ATX group classes teach the Pilates mat exercises in a familiar traditional order with contemporary variations for individual bodies. Expect to begin standing for warmup, then work on the floor for most of the class. Seated options are available. We provide props including small exercise balls, looped elastic bands, Pilates Magic Circle and Therabands. You will bring your own Pilates sticky mat, at least 1/2" thick. We do not recommend thin yoga mats for Pilates.
